Hope, support and wellbeing closer to home
Beauty for Ashes Community works with local groups, charities, faith organisations, funders and public partners to reduce barriers to wellbeing support. We create welcoming programmes that help people build understanding, connection, confidence and practical coping skills.
Community support should be accessible, respectful and rooted in what people genuinely need. We listen to local voices, work with trusted partners and design programmes that recognise culture, faith, identity, health, financial pressure and the realities of everyday life.
Our vision
Communities in which people feel seen, connected and able to access practical pathways towards wellbeing, hope and participation.
Our mission
We work in partnership to deliver inclusive, culturally responsive and psychologically informed programmes that strengthen wellbeing and reduce barriers to support.

Clear boundaries
What our programmes are, and are not
Community workshops, peer activities, faith-based support and general wellbeing programmes are not automatically therapy. We clearly explain what each programme provides, who delivers it and what participants can expect. Volunteers and community leaders do not provide psychological therapy unless they hold the necessary qualifications and are working within an approved clinical role.
How community programmes are funded
Community prices are starting rates for standard delivery. We provide a written quotation based on group size, safeguarding requirements, venue, travel, materials, interpreters, additional facilitators and evaluation needs. We welcome grant-funded and partnership enquiries.
