Division four · Workplace wellbeing

Healthier people, stronger teams, better workplaces

Beauty for Ashes Workplace Wellbeing helps organisations care for their people in practical, credible and sustainable ways. We combine psychological insight, engaging facilitation and clear actions that support staff wellbeing, team connection and healthier workplace culture.

We do more than deliver a motivational talk. We listen to the organisation’s aims, shape the session around its people and create an experience participants can carry back into everyday working life.

What we offer

Support shaped around your people

Choose a single session, a wellbeing day or a longer programme. Every option is adapted to your workforce, environment, accessibility needs and organisational goals.

01

Workplace wellbeing days

A carefully planned day combining practical learning, connection and restorative activities. Options can include stress education, reflective exercises, relaxation, values, team conversations, movement, creativity and personal wellbeing planning.

02

Team connection and bonding

Facilitated activities that help colleagues communicate, recognise strengths, reconnect with shared purpose and build healthier ways of working together. We avoid forced disclosure and keep activities psychologically safe.

03

Mental-health awareness

Clear, responsible education that helps staff recognise common signs of distress, respond with confidence and understand where professional or urgent support is needed.

04

Stress resilience and burnout prevention

Practical sessions exploring pressure, recovery, boundaries, workload habits, early warning signs and realistic strategies for sustainable performance.

05

Manager confidence

Training for managers on responding to distressed employees, holding supportive conversations, maintaining appropriate boundaries, documenting concerns and signposting effectively.

06

Psychological safety and healthy culture

Facilitated learning that supports respectful communication, speaking up, inclusion, trust, accountability and learning from difficulty.

07

Long-term conditions at work

Support for managers and teams to understand adjustment, fluctuating symptoms, identity, reasonable support and compassionate communication.

08

Change, uncertainty and organisational transition

Workshops that help teams name the impact of change, manage uncertainty, reconnect with what they can influence and move forward together.

09

Critical incident and post-event support

Psychologically informed group support and manager guidance following a difficult workplace event. This is not a substitute for emergency response or individual clinical care.

10
